We are expecting the PFS anytime between now and the end of March.
My guess is that it will be towards the latter. My reasoning is as follows.

Dr Matthew Painter will want the maximum impact from the PFS, the best way to have this will be to wait for as much confirmed information to be available as is possible.

The PFS will set the agenda for ARL, it will also signal the automotive industry and battery manufacturers that ARL is ready for business.

The recent events with our friends AUZ and the Korean group SK Innovations will be foremost in any prospective suitors mind.
All prospective suitors will now understand the imperative of time, there is now a growing rush to secure materials for the future, Apple and many more manufacturing companies that have a need for batteries in their product know that a very real threat to their business comes in the form of reliable secure, ethical battery material supplies.

Possible suitors will need to take some calculated risk, they will need to put away their previous attitudes whereby they were in the driving seat with power, with all the cards stacked in their favor.
They will need to acknowledge the following.
Snooze you loose.
Play the game of posturing, power and tactics, you lose.
Be fair, rational, seek win-win situations with care and assistance, facilitate, you might get lucky.

It is my humble opinion that our management team are very much aware of the current situation and I trust that the best suitor and deal will be made for the benefit of shareholders.
There will be dilution of our holdings, however I believe that the dilution will be minimal in comparison with the benefits that eventuate. The company that joins ARL will most likely bring massive financial muscle, technical expertise and a solid reliable business attitude.
We can can choose who we do business with.

ARL has a great future ahead and we are about to share in this new battery revolution.
