You, like so many other tryhards out there, failed to read the words that were written. You just read what you wanted to. I said that I believe we won't run out of money. I said that I believe Xinhai will finance Phase 3, because I have no idea what Phase 3 will cost. However, if we were to pay for it up front, then whatever it costs, it will probably leave us with not much cash. We have no debt, so why not finance it?
First Samuel did not finance Phase 3. They bought $5m worth of shares to get in on the ground floor, because they believe NSL will come through. Cedric & Co said that they money would be used for ongoing costs and expansion costs.
