Yes lets hope not, I seem to recall that's pretty much what happened with GXY, a $61M cash raise to 'sophisticate investors' was struck at 54 cents a 9.2% discount about this time last year of 59 cents after it had got up to around 65 cents, then it had a continuous fall over 6 months before management started buying up at low 30cents in June which was post consolidation of about mid $1.60's (yes they were onto it as a bargain). Point is that it was quite a ride which required balls of steel but was kind of necessary to get it to where it is now.
