The information put forward by management is what investors based their strategies on. IMO there has been a lack of communication and concerning actions by the BOD (My opinion to which I am entitled to as a current shareholder) with XPED, but we cant talk about those. The pending class action (FACT) will determine if investors failed or the BOD are responsible for not presenting information to the registry in relation to business practice/governance.

But you already know that, and accepting a loss with the old "caveat emptor" chestnut lets it occur repeatedly. Most have come to terms with their losses, now is the time to analyze how and why it occurred and ensure all information was presented in accordance with regulations.
