    And further to that

    When your share price is $4-$5 the company can easily raise capital - say 5M shares which is FA dilution and we could raise $20M. pay out the laibility all together

    Hence why they came out with the Announcment that started all this

    "BIG is not reliant on this partnership"

    The companies SP was 9c less than 18 Months ago
