As per the companys previous annoucement GuoYi Holdings (BVI) Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Guo Yi Holdings (HK) Limited. The HK entitiy was founded 24 Feb 2016, $100HKD capital and only two directors.

Chan, Siu Yeung is also a director of AM Capital (now called AMC Wanhai)
Lin, Tong is also a director of AM Capital

AM Capital has a long history of wokring with CuDeco as we know, including an obligation to underwrite the last rights issue.

More intersting is that Chan, Siu Yeung is also a director, in fact the sole director of a company called Equus Capital Management Limited

So now we've got AM Capital dirctors controlling at least another two invested entities and those entities having no other third-party directors bar AM directors.

I take it all of these entities will be banned from voting on these resolutions and that cuDeco will actively enforce these bans? Furthermore, Did someone say 5% rule?

Must be awefully cozy on the AM couch.

No one is even shorting it - remember the good old days it was supposedly being shorted for a cheap take over - cant believe this is still trading above 20c
