We now know the business model. The SP went from $4.98 all the way down to $1.56 surely at around $1.60 the risk that big takes on is factored in. The SP began to rise again once everything was thought to be cleared up. So WHEN we start trading again (dont listen to the random people popping up saying 'we will never trade again') fair price should be around the $1.60 level.

Let's just remember at the end of the day BIG has been operating this way since the FCC deal and has continued to grow. Is this deal sustainable? Short answer no however BIG has future plans to adopt a better business model once its established and has enough actual cash in the bank.

In regards to share issuing i strongly believe no questionable discounts or share issuing will happen further, the potential of BIG is huge, short term pain for long term gain.
