I had some scallops from Shark Bay ,the Westernmost point in Aus this evening.

Drizzled a little lemon and butter over them , very very lightly seasoned.

Let me tell you if a man could envision what heaven was like that would be it ,every mouthful made life worth living.

There's a farmhouse supermarket just before you get into Bunbury where all the local growers , pie makers any produce imaginable send their stuff. I pulled in there at 11 on a Friday morning and it was unparkable with nothing else happenning for miles around . You go in there and it's like the MCG members on GF day , geriatrics wheeling trollies indiscriminately . We really overloaded at this place and everything we bought is out of control delicious 10 days later . This quality of produce is never seen in Melbourne. This large place would be turning over its shopfront veggies,meat, fish, smallgoods 2 or 3 times a day

So my point is we have it all in this country but allow ourselves to get legged over by conglomerates ,politicians, and assorted hangers on with their fingers in a political and business pie that really screws the constituents in enjoying the benefits of our great land.
