Good luck those investing, I am out. I spoke to a number of their customers and they are not happy. The software is performing slowly and development is well behind schedule. A number said they were looking to move away. They mentioned their account reps were leaving in droves and one said he had 4 over a year. Another said they can’t get a consultant as a number have left, but are then approaching them from rival consulting companies. They look to have 2 bullying actions coming their way and there is no transparency around what happened with Brisbane City Council.
Do your own research but I suggest speaking to their customers, I hope you find a different result to me. I really thought this was a great story. I think their board needs to take a close look at their operations.
