Now, what say you of FAR's conduct in NOT handing over the 3d seismic to CAP energy?
Can you imagine a situation where CNE, as the current Operator and JV partner of the SNE field, does not hand over drilling results to FAR?
Kinda selective in your moral outrage, no?
Further, weren't you one of those who kept harping on about the close relationship between FAR and the President of Senegal - and because of that relationship, the President of Senegal was going to intervene and issue a President Decree/Blessing to override the deemed Approval (an Approval process that was put in place by the Parliament of Senegal) sale from COP to WPL in FAR's favour?
