I initially thought that CATL would be the most likely contender for this CR, as an opportunity to come on to the AVZ register.  That being said,  Huayou Cobalt will have to approve whoever it is since they have a seat on the board assuming that it's not themselves who are increasing their stake in AVZ  

Taking that into account (Huayou approve), I overlooked the most obvious of elephants on who it could be. Who has Huayou recently completed JV deals with?

Pasco's JV with Hauayou has only announced over a week ago. Coincidence?
