Caprilac adult milk powder is highly recognised by Chinese.
The board decided to acquire NuLac Food (Caprilac), I can see how good the board is understanding Chinese consumers.

BAL and A2M had a great free ride from Daigou boom, now it's a bit hard to increase brand awareness from Daigou.
To be popular in China, the products have to be premium and widely selling in Australia, BUB is selling at Coles and soon at Woolworths. Caprilac reputation will lift Bubs infant formula.

The big issue is to get CFDA approval. There were only 8 CNCA licensed infant formula manufacturers, and almost fully allocated; but now, Australia received additional 7 CNCA licensed infant formula manufactures, additional 21 brands available, giving more choices to BUB to choose. BUB was already in advanced discussions with a shortlisted manufacturers two months ago, should see some updates soon, probably next Wednesday as scheduled, imo.
