Yes I agree and all that sounds great , would speed up things that’s for sure , but the question is do they want that ? There’s alway a reason behind a reason , and when you call the shire the answers is ? “That’s not the right department” Everyone thought someone did it , but no one did as someone was waiting for the next person to do it and in the end no one did it !!! Blah Blah Blah! Almost like talking to Telstra ! Department after department of Bull ! In WA the shire approvals are so slow and we need the work !! Go figure ! Can’t wait till that department become Automouse ! Then you’ll see things move .mate work this one out : plumbers are licenced, electricians are Licencee , painters are licenced. Brickies,Roof carpenters, gyprockers are not ! Why ? Shouldn’t any of these trades be licences before painters ? I’m sure if a bit of flaking paint peels off the ceiling it could kill someone !! LOL bloody backwards.Its like Pissing against the wind .
