No lawyer CAN EVER give you a 70% of success when they have not fully reviewed the case.
They open themselves up for lawsuits down the track.
The only thing they will say (if they are going to say anything about the case) is: we think you have a good chance based on what we have read so FAR....lol
Only Geo (and that is what Jon was) and optimistic management predictions will make such a statement.
Go on, try it out with your own lawyer and see if he or she will give you 60 to 70% chance of success.
