As stratosphere temperatures are used as a fingerprint for the CO2 "settled science" can someone please extrapolate on this unusual upper atmosphere shift in CLIMATE.
The DATA is from NOAA
Just wondering if @tristanc @bellcurve @mjp2 can pls provide the peer reviewed paper that provides an explanation for the step shift downwards!
