I have interpreted this to mean that customers are happy to sign up as Sponsorship Potential Customers. This is helping BIG build its ecosystem, creating a network effect and highlights how clever they have been to reduce the barrier to customer engagement.
The question then becomes how many convert into Accepted Customers and is it sustainable. I explored that a little on the first page.
