The issue i'm having is that all of the interpretations (from the considered and analytical posters), both positive and negative could be completely plausible - but there is no way to confirm or deny without input & clarification from the company.

We need clear and concise answers.

Without them i think the most reasonable assumption is intentional obfuscation - which in my opinion is tantamount to deception.

I still have no firm sentiment, as i just don't have all of the facts to form a considered opinion.
