Troydt - I agree it is the same with the Western nations. Australia is different in respect to us having less Government debt than most other western nations; our problem is our personal & mortgage debts (they are out of control). I think we will have a sovereign debt crisis that affects the West primarily, the next 2 years in my opinion won't be too good; but the commodity cycle will still be upwards because of pent up developing nation demand.
Time will tell - the point is, a lot of us on HC are SMSF and are funding our own retirements. Salut.
