David - if you are correct in that (and I don't believe you are) the Company would be guilty of misleading behaviour and in probably breach of listing rules.
The reason for the request for the continuing suspension is SPECIFIC. It is to:
"to provide Australian Mines sufficient time to address and clarify some misinformation in the market regarding the binding off-take agreement between Australian Mines and SK Innovation in relation to the Sconi Cobalt-Nickel-Scandium Project"
