I think that if we believe that consolidation is not good for us - we should vote accordingly. We may have enough votes to influence the outcome if we work in a bloc. Otherwise, a few big investors will sway the results to advantage them but not necessarily us. I don't think talk of consolidation around the time of getting flow test results are in our best interests IMO.
