Why anyone would care is beyond you? An intelligent and responsible management team is one of several major consideration in my stock analysis. I've seen too many small businesses in my job where the business owner knows his industry, but don't know how to run a business. It rarely works. This company is being run like a small business. A bad one. And I'm not interested in that. If you lose faith in management, why would you keep your money invested with them?
