The key too me, apart from my earlier comments, is why no Chinese interest. Were a.) the Chinese deliberately excluded from the placement and if so why, or b.) were the Chinese not interested and if not interested was that because the stake offered was too low. Personally, I would have thought AVZ would have sought to raise more and at a higher SP. The placement draws these questions from me now as well. All IMO
