This will never make money for shareholders long term. All upside will be stripped out in cash costs to directors and "friends". This is just not big enough imo to be listed as a Daigou business. There's no real buying power on the IF front either so margins are just normal but with added admin costs so essentially just a dud.
Also not only will they raise capital, they'll over-raise to fund the negative OCF and call it something else like "growth capex" in some bs hype announcement.
