I wonder if the auditors have a case to answer for given the put options were classed as contingent, with a "low probability" of exercise given the value of the trees were much higher. Surely if you have to add this "sweetener" one year to get funds for plantation sales, that indicates they have a "high probability" of exercise and should have been classed as a liability?
