I did some more research late last night on Fluorspar. I have already sung the praises on our Vanadium deposit at Speewah and the Titanium and iron oxide. For those that have been following my postings you already know the values from the rough calculations on all of these .

As crazy as this is going to sound I have now come to the conclusion that our Fluorspar could quite possibly be the Company maker.

Why do I make this claim :

Apparently there is nothing much more simpler to concentrate than Fluorspar.

Crush it, and it probably floats like cork dust.

27.2 million tonnes would equate to 2.5 million tonnes at 98% purity.

Multiply that by A$600 tonne sale value (US$500) and it feels like A$1.5 billion worth of this acid grade product that could be mined over 2 years.

Amazing that these Fluorspar resources are already on a granted mining lease, pit design has been done, low environmental impact etc .... so it could be action stations much quicker than we are currently thinking.

KRC could mine and allow some big Chinese, American and Japanese industry off-takers and/or trading houses to make advance deposits, to then pay balance in staggered chunky secured instalments that coincide roughly with construction costs for the bigger Vanadium/Titanium project.

This left field commodity really could be our company maker.

Can’t wait to see if this strategy is factored into the scoping work late March.

I posted some time back that KRC in my opinion was probably the best penny stock that I had come across in quite some time because of the fact it had so many things going for it.
What has surprised me, is it just keeps getting better and better, if that is possible.

To be honest this latest announcement about the Fluorspar which was announced on Friday came out of the blue.
But having read it carefully I thought it warranted further investigation.
You all know by now that I have been a very long term holder in this stock, like many of my friends and family members.
I am so happy for all those that hung tight during difficult times.
I am also grateful to Tony Barton who kept the fire burning when things were not going his way.
The company has survived on minimal funds for quite some time..
It's a testament to his persistency and never say die attitude that all shareholders today who have held on for many years are now reaping those rewards.

We can talk about rags to riches because there has never been a greater example then KRC and where it stands today. Someone pinch me to make sure I am not dreaming.

I don't want to sound like a wet blanket, but what do you think is the total annual world demand for fluorspar, and do you think that the current suppliers are going to stand aside and allow KRC to supply the world for how many years?
