Because there is a whole page in the announcement devoted to "Post report date events"...and it is not included on that!
Also, no mention of the Varm deal under the "Review of Operations" heading.......it just gets a small mention under the "Derma" update. Things are looking very fishy on this particular deal
I still believe in this company, but I think the time has come for them to report the true status of the VC deal to shareholders. If it is a dud, then so be it....but's lets get it cleared up and forgotten about if that is the case!
