Imp3 won't produce single commercial battery cell from new plant till mid 2019 at best.
Presumably it's Imp3's goal to acheive 230 wh/kg at production vols?
By which time, CATL's goal of 300 wh/kg production vols will leave u 30% off the pace on energy density.
