If only we had a major energy related institution from the West , thats intensions were clear, will hold tight and wanting to be part of a JV going forward. The leverage that would provide the Company with future equity sell downs would be massive. It would've been hats off to Management.

Guess we have some time to sit this out still.

Perhaps the focus should be identifying or researching who exactly the entity is that the share issue went to and what their connections are ...you never know what might turn up. The company involved, Cantor Fitzgerald deals with a lot of large blue chip clients.

The announcement said

"...Cantor has received a firm commitment for 100% of the placement from one of its North American institutional clients ..."

So looks that the Cap raise may not gone to a private investor rather an institutional client or an organisation. We may well have a decent fish on the hook after all! We should find out who this client is and what their connection might be to the new energy economy if any.
