No surprise the SP has gone down on the back of this mornings announcement. It has given us no further direction or timeline than the last announcement. It’s likely a lot of impatient holders were expecting this announcement to be a locked and signed deal and were instead disappointed and bailed as all that was delivered was confirmation of the due diligence complete. We already knew that.
