My post back then was spot on. By raising capital early it signaled to the market that results were going to be poor. They turned out to be great and Klaus gave away shares too cheaply. Seems like he hasn't learnt his lesson and its going to happen again. The Chinese invested $10Mill and in a couple of months made $20Mill. Not a bad return if you ask me...but mum and dads should be also be given the opportunity to buy at a discount.
