The announcement said

"...Cantor has received a firm commitment for 100% of the placement from one of its North American institutional clients ..."

So looks that the Cap raise may not gone to a private investor rather an institutional client or an organisation. We may well have a decent fish on the hook after all! We should find out who this client is and what their connection might be to the new energy economy if any.

Cantor Fitzgerald have a big presence worldwide. Their client listI imagine would be quite impressive.

Winner is the 1st person to name the North American Insto that got the shares in the cap raise today. C'mon folks lean on your brokers and contacts to get them to cough up the name of the US investor.

I'm thinking/guessing that new investor will have some new energy connection, ie, a connection to a current or future consumer / producer of batteries.

Lets name some possibilities...

...now who in the US would want access the the biggest Lithium hard rock resource on the planet and why?
