I would say that they are going to amend any errors that led to any uncertainty and release update on samples. I have no doubt that a binding agreement will be the end result. However, a full week of suspension would lead me to think that there is more to this than simply amending a slide show/ previous announcement. The off take / term sheet took everyone by surprise and is a very significant development ) probably the most important development in company's history when we look back in 5 years time) so it's best that company goes into suspension whilst all of these matters are cleared up. The sample analysis were due to be released around this time and no doubt SK had seen these before announcement to market. BB had indicated that samples would be made to off take partners in order if priority so that tells me SK potentially has had this info for a couple of weeks already. Another week to tie up loose ends- IMO this happening faster than everyone thinks.
