We previously used a professional company to act as company secretary that also was on top of corporate governance for the company. If I was running AUZ that is what I'd do. They will never get it wrong and everything will be smooth moving forward with the asx. And from memory it was something like $5k a month. Pittance in the scheme of things. Ben obviously has strengths in cutting deals and in my opinion should leave it at that. All this company secretarial stuff should be left to the people who do it for a living day in day out. Anyway that's my opinion.
