I think the bigger issue is the pending case against GSW that will have effects, not necessarily on cash but on brand image. It takes years to build and seconds to destroy, I would not trust a company who blatantly miss leads their investors.
I wonder how Fidelity feels, with the investment they made at $4 they could near enough purchase the company outright at its present Market Cap.
