it puts cfr in a win/win position....
they get at least $2,000,000 which ever way it goes...
so its some insurance if you like...
one would still expect that the options will be converted, something in the order of $7,000,000.
im sitting on the edge of my chair......
i do have some options as well....so boy i hope they have some announcement next week....
