Ann: PETRONAS joins FAR to drill offshore The Gambia, page-115

I keep mentioning the 10c executive options by June as if I was in management team, I would have one eye squarely on this. If we are looking for information releases as a catalyst to move the SP then I would be looking at the timing and release of these with June as a deadline.

These are just my ramblings, with no diligence on any comments...

1. Already used our powder on Gambia farm out announcement, poor SP reaction, next...

2. RISC, no idea what is taking so long, conspiracy theories but for me CN has lost some credibility with this. Anyway, FAR can't control timing but should be something within 5months late?
3. PE, they work to conclude before June and reach a negotiated settlement regardless of court processes?
4. ASX 300 think low risk they will exit but also perhaps chance of ASX200 in future, double whammy from other announcements?
5. Drill announcements, confirmed Stella
6. DJ confirmation and resolution way forward (if there is a problem, who knows).
7. Other activity and leases, prob low probability with workload and focus
8. SNE % sale - if this meant I would get personal executive options and SP ~12c, consider selling 10%, leaving 3.7% for cash flow
9. Oil price, can't control, keep producing oil patch saying general things about market. Maybe announce new cost projections and breakeven $. Mention a collar of e.g. $55 & $75 to protect downside and give away potential upside for first 2-3 years for 35% volume
10. Keep announcing progress on project timescales, all being professionally managed as we proceed to FID
11. Announce more tangible financing options so that shareholders are more at ease with debt v equity and further dilution
12. Keep posting on social media with many and varied important people, Senegal & Gambia ministers, Total, Petronas, WPL, CNOOC
13. Give an update on the agreement with CNOOC and sign an exploratory lease with them for 2022
14. Soccer balls & schools & community initiatives, done Senegal now Gambia
15. Etc
