Everyone has got their own strategies. Averaging down on shares where the fundementals are still sound have worked well for me simply because you can never time the market with 100% accuracy.
However one needs to be objective when investing. At this juncture I am concerned about the delay in construction and its consequence to my future exit strategy. 6 months can change many things.
Look at the recent example being lithium. 6 months ago these companies were at all time highs. Yesterday ... courtesy of a report by morgan stanley everything is going south and in my humble opinion will unlikely recover soon.
