Haha love the car park comment.
It's an easy one to buy but you're right, much further progressed than it was when it traded at 14c. I follow MSB as well and I see it is under performing too, approximately 40% below fair value. The companies with a low value offering seem to be doing well off the back of their ramping marketing.
