If it makes you feel any better, I got cleaned up by entering late into the crypto game. Amazing the difference two weeks makes to your account... gulp. Still not sure how i feel about crypto currencies.. I think the asx is a safer, more sensible way to invest. We all have dud trades from time to time, I hope you get refunded to some degree in the near future. It all depends, I assume, on their roadmap if and when they start to trade again.
