The Chinese with all their connections and infrastructure muscle did not want to fork out $15m for 25 cents shares + Options. That tells me a lot. Also the Statements made that it is good to have interest from outside China is BS. As for weeks and weeks I have heard that ONLY the Chinese have the government connections in DRC and get stuff done quickly. Thus far they have done very little indeed. One hole in 3 months and we needed to believe the mine would be producing in 2019. When comments were made that this is dream world, they were shot down by the love in boys. This mine will never be operational and the only money to be made here was with a TO and while this is still possible it is a long way off . In the meantime Klaus will take every chance to fill his pockets. IMO
