While there's not much to this announcement, the directors do deserve a slap over the knuckles. Pretty ballsy move to issue 2,326,890 shares, around 2% of the company we own, without first seeking SH approval. Listing Rule 7.1 gives directors the freedom to make decisions, like this acquisition, up to a point, without having to consult pesky SH's. Directors should, IMO, work for SH's within these rules.
Anyway, better to have increased our landholdings and acquisition terms than not.
Would like to see those BCC funds now.
