After re-reading the announcement I think it's a little misleading. It's borderline "GSW or BIG tier behavior".
They're basically paying AUD $8.6m per year for 75 sales employees.
The only good thing is that they can ramp up sales in the short term substantially. I guess that former employee who's suing them left a bad taste. Going with the outsource method is probably better for them, especially in the short term, as they can't keep up with the rapid growth themselves.
