I was definitely shocked when we found out the details on the cashflow.
I know many will not agree with me on this but I believe the market cap hitting $500m was a specific goal and served the purpose of allowing them to go to the US and drum up media support. We all remember the headline, "19yo turns $500 loan into $500m". That attention imo has attracted Steinberg and it seems that he likes the plan (finance and all).
So while they went about it in a bad way I see the method behind it. I also remember a few other companies that have attrracted some negative headlines about ethics etc. E.g. Facebook and Uber are two that stand out to me. In the end no one really holds thay against the business. If I'm wrong on this one it'll certainly suck not just for me but many others that I have become friends with.
I'm invested so far and will watch how it plays out.
