Looks like they're going to spend their $21.3 million cash on hand elsewhere:

"Based on demand, over the next 3 months the business will decide on whether to build or buy additional data centre capacity. The potential for investment in Intellicentre 3 will increase the requirement for capex that will primarily impact FY19."

Good luck to BPF holders for getting the increased offer from AC3, if it was me I'd be selling on market in case AC3 change their mind (after all they may need the dough to compete against MAQ) and then BPF have to try and do the near impossible, compete against a top drawer company like MAQ.​
