This is the normal approach and Directors take it without admitting liability. Anything really suspicious then its off to court. It's quite damming
Sgh went through the same thing... they were thoroughly investigated by ASIC, share price tanked..... they actually werent fined by ASIC, but then came the class action and kaboom! Slater Gordon is kapoot.

Feels the same here... Getswift are goneskis unless a miracle happens.
