I'm looking at this in the context of what has NOT been said, bearing in mind it is a financial report.

Whilst cash reserves are very low, the price action is not supporting a dire situation. Someone 'absorbed' a truckload of shares the other day, (approx. 10M). My gut feel is that big buyers like this aren't investing their last ten cents, more likely they've got deep pockets and saw 1.5 cents as an excellent buying opportunity. How they fathomed that it is a good time to buy I don't know, but it is certainly confident buying in my opinion.

My gut is suggesting a positive arbitration result very soon because this scenario best fits the puzzle of where to next for POH.

Mr 10M buyer would have to have lost their marbles to be acquiring a such a big amount if the business was on the cusp of falling over. Either a very smart investor or a fool soon to be parted with his money soon, I'm in favour of the former not latter point of view.
