Thanks for brining that to our attention @spid81.

The way I read the sentence you have underlined tells me that the President is dissatisfied with how long it has taken for the Mining Commission to be formed and he has explicitly directed that it be formed without delay.

The development of new mining projects in Tanzania have ground to a halt which undermines the President’s desire of increasing benefits from the country’s resources. IMO the Mining Commission will be looking to fast-track some of the more ‘straightforward’ submissions to appease the President - KNL’s submission fits this bill in my view.

The fear mongering by some posters that we don’t have a “plan B” is merely just to cover the shortcomings of their own company, Magnis Resources, and its inability to get any traction in developing their own graphite project. In fact to date, despite touting that they have an incredible management team and BoD, they have only managed to secure one offtake agreement for 25,000tpa, hence why they have become desperate to execute their “plan B” despite not having yet completed a feasibility study. @Trommel and @tony2times, I wish you luck with your investment, I believe you’re going to need a lot more of it than we are.
