Imho your mate is in the no (clue), not the “know”.
I’ve been a holder in OZL for many years, and since Andrew Cole has taken the lead it has performed in a boringly disciplined manner, no hubris, no smoke and mirrors. I can assure you that there is nothing to support your (mates) view that OZL would undertake something like WM mostly for perception.
OZL is doing it’s best to get it’s third mine in WM, and I believe it likely will, however it certainly won’t proceed if the numbers don’t stack up robustly.
