IMO, save your money for NXT or NEA (both at the right price).

Ignore intangibles & goodwill COMPLETELY when investing in small caps.
Traders will not raise this company of out the 'mire', long term holders will, including with a healthy raft of shrewd institutional investors...and pray tell, where are they...? Over the horizon x 2, if we are lucky...
