naturally there has been some delays to say the least... approximately a year behind.... for whatever reason the phase two plant arrived with no thickening circuit.... once the plant was completed it appears pretty obvious it was needed.... then there is a six month order and construction, finishing with the wonderful timing of monsoon season.... not an average one, a monsoon season something like 50% wetter than average.... well, wet plants don't like wet dirt going in them, so it caused some problems, and customers dont like iron ore being delivered with too much wet content... they prefer to pay for iron ore more than water...funny that...
